Five exceptional students from AHS Broward were recognized with the prestigious Camillus House’s Volunteer Rising Stars Award for their remarkable contributions to the community. Their dedicated efforts with FairPlaySports4All, a non-profit founded by Antonio Pasquatti, have significantly impacted the teens and children at Verde Gardens in Homestead.
Led by Antonio Pasquatti, a football player at American Heritage Schools, Broward Campus, these students have spearheaded sports programs, organized community events, and facilitated the donation of new and gently used sports equipment to make a profound impact on the lives of teens and children in the community. Their goal was not just to promote physical activity but also to foster a sense of community and well-being among families affected by poverty. The awards and recognition at the event are a testament to the incredible difference these young individuals are making, showcasing their unwavering commitment to serving others.
