Meet Our Speakers

Dr. Rebecca Hill, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist at Pediatric Psychology Associates

Dr. Rebecca Hill is a Licensed Psychologist at Pediatric Psychology Associates with a background in clinical and academic settings, holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Touro University and Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her internship at Boys Town Behavioral Health, focusing on therapy for children and adolescents in rural outpatient clinics, followed by a fellowship at Child Provider Specialists, where she offered therapeutic services within academic programs. 

Dr. Hill employs a strengths-based, evidence-based approach tailored to each client, emphasizing culturally sensitive and accessible care. Known for creating a supportive environment, she treats a variety of diagnoses, working closely with children, families, and community systems. Dr. Hill also teaches psychology at Nova Southeastern University and offers both in-office and telehealth services at the Miami Beach and Aventura locations.

Dr. Naomi Tarlow, PhD
Licensed Psychologist at Pediatric Psychology Associates

Dr. Naomi Tarlow, a licensed psychologist at Pediatric Psychology Associates, specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on disruptive behavior, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, and eating disorders. She employs a range of evidence-based therapies—including PCIT, DBT, ACT, CBT, and PE—in a compassionate, non-judgmental setting, and collaborates closely with families and other care providers. 

Dr. Tarlow has conducted and published research on borderline personality disorder, trauma, and peer relationships. She earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Children and Families from the University of Miami, after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and conducting research at Columbia and Harvard-affiliated institutions
